Waitlist privacy.

What we collect
When you join the Smark waitlist, we store your email address, whether you’re interested in buying, selling, or both, your consent to launch updates, and the signup date.
Why we collect it
We use this information to maintain the waitlist and send relevant Smark launch and onboarding updates. Joining the waitlist is not an app account and does not commit you to a purchase.
How it is stored
Waitlist details are stored using Lovable Cloud. Other website visitors cannot view your waitlist information. Your email is not displayed publicly on this website.
Your choices
Signing up requires your consent to receive launch updates. You can unsubscribe using the link in any launch email. We will retain waitlist information while it is needed for the launch and related onboarding, unless you withdraw your consent.
Website services
This website uses hosting and storage services to serve the site and save waitlist entries. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. We have not added advertising or marketing tracking tools.
